This experience offers the opportunity to combine a passion for Reggae and the love of the great outdoors while exploring a unique corner of Cilento, accompanied by a truly exceptional Local Mate: Lampadread.
A new way to discover Cilento through stories about the territory, its history and Lampa’s return to his roots. Aboard a Bulli, we will set off from Paestum for a breakfast featuring products from Tenuta Vannulo, before reaching Felitto and its Gorges. Here, the day will come alive with Lampa and with a tasting of a typical local product: fusillo di Felitto. We will then continue towards Roscigno Vecchia: each place will bring us encounters with local people who preserve the most authentic secrets of Cilento.

The day begins in Paestum with a genuine and delicious breakfast at Tenuta Vannulo, an organic farm and a benchmark for Campania buffalo mozzarella. Inside the estate, you will find an artisan dairy, a bakery, a yoghurt workshop, a chocolate shop, a museum of rural life, a leather workshop and a tasting room. An unmissable stop for food lovers and anyone who appreciates outstanding local products. You may watch the mozzarella-making process, strictly carried out by hand, and observe the buffaloes raised in modern environments designed with respect for their wellbeing.
We will then continue to Felitto, where LampaDread will be waiting to share the rest of the day with you. You will have the chance to take an excursion through the Gole del Calore. Along the otter trails, named after the most exclusive inhabitant of the Gole del Calore, you will admire canyons and the Marmitte dei Giganti, medieval and natural bridges, hermits’ dwellings carved into the rock, and old mills. A continuous succession of narrow, deep gorges and natural features that make this place a true open-air natural laboratory.
Afterwards, there will be a lunch break with a tasting of a typical local product: fusillo di Felitto, a symbol of the village’s gastronomic tradition.
After lunch, we will visit the village of Roscigno Vecchia, a UNESCO heritage site known as the “Pompeii of the 2000s”. Abandoned by its inhabitants in the early 1900s due to a landslide, the entire village has preserved the appearance of ancient rural life intact, as if time had never passed. Narrow, uneven streets, small iron balconies, workshops and stables. An open-air museum in an unspoilt and deeply evocative place.
